How to Knit – the Seed Stitch

The Seed Stitch is another easy stitch to do once you know the knit and purl stitches. If you haven’t learned those yet, you can still learn them! Check out my other videos to see how!

The knit and purl stitches make up the Seed Stitch by simply alternating between the two! Check out this video and learn to do it yourself!

    I have just see the article , see When you begin the second row, you’re going to begin that with the same type of stitch you ended the previous row with. This is very important. If you do not, then you might end up with a rib knit

    I learned to knit a long time ago, and I haven’t done anything even slightly fancy in a while, so when I started trying to do some ribbing at the top of some legwarmers, I couldn’t figure out why my stitches weren’t coming out right. I was forgetting to move the yarn to the front or the back after each stitch! Woops!
