I had yarn dreads …
I had yarn dreads in my hair for about 8 months (re-doing it twice within that time period) I washed my haired, greased and oiled it as normal. I even deep conditioned once. When i took the yarn out my hair was sooo full and thick!! i love yarn!

they’re gorgeous! great job! ok, i’m thinking about doing yarn braids. can you please answer a few questions? does the yarn break your hair? what steps do you have to take (once you have them in) to keep them from breaking your hair? how long do you recommend keeping them in for? i usually keep braids in for about 2 and 1/2 to 3 months. lol sorry this is so long but i’m so scared of my all my hair falling out. also what precautions should i take when my hairs yarn braided?

its ok it takes …
its ok it takes practice, mine used to be loose as try to bring the hair/yarn close, to the scalp which will make them tighter and braid close together

hi its me again what is the best product for my hair since my hair is like 2inches long enough to brush since it was damage real bad right now i use world of curls and aphogee shampoo protein treatment and the moisterzier to add shine and moister to my hair

Did you actually …
Did you actually braid or twist the yarn? I am really loving the way you did your hair, and I know people who actually prefer to braid the yarn as opposed to twisting. I plan on trying it myself, and really just wanted to know.
